We’re so excited about this one: Jeff has always wanted to get his entire omoplata system down in a video instructional, and now it’s here. We worked long hours, painstakingly organizing, scripting, editing and filming to be sure the information is accessible to folks from white belt to black belt. We recruited great jiujitsu instructors Jake Whitfield of Gracie Goldsboro and active competitor Josh Murdock to show their takes on the move. We’re really proud of the results
